A kiss of Light and Darkness

As the Sun cannot know how much dark the Night is, you cannot know how much darker it has become inside me since you walked away. Just the Twilight knows both the Light and the Darkness, for it was born there where they dwell on a kiss, and it is neither one nor the other. And in the Twilight my birth happened: neither light nor darkness, I weave my dreams with threads of black and obscurity and I can walk in the day just as a shadow. And this I am:
a shadow looking for its Sun.

The Big Fraud of Gender Theory #3

At this is point you could start thinking that Evolutionary Humanism, even in its extreme view, probably wasn't completely or wasn't at all wrong... The only difference is between to label a tendency as acceptable or as a deviance, thus acting in consequence.

I swear you will pay!

Just a little scar

On the 1st of October of a year in the mid of the 90s I was cutting down a tree in Italy. It was really warm and I wore just a t-shirt. I wore a safety harness but no protective clothing while I was cutting the tree down from the top. The harness I had purchased wasn't the right one for this kind of job, so I wasn't able to fix it properly and I was too far from the trunk of the tree to work properly. I made it up holding myself with the left hand to the trunk itself, wielding the (small) chainsaw with one hand only. When I pulled the trigger, the chainsaw " bit the wood", instead of cutting. I wasn't able to hold it and it landed on my left forearm. My first thought was: "Farewell my dear arm...". When I saw my hand still attached to the arm I thought: "Let me see if I'm still able to move my fingers..." All of them responded, so I told to myself: "Go down of the tree before you faint", for I was bleeding "as a slaughtered pig". I opened the harness, climbed down the step ladder and as soon as I reached the ground I stopped to bleed.
With my brother and another man who was there to help in the job I checked the wound and realized that the chainsaw had cut just the skin. It had landed on my arm with the side of the blade, cutting many times the skin slightly and just once deeply. After the first aid, my brother drove me to the "Pronto Soccorso" (A&E), where at the nurse's question: "What's the problem?" I shown my arm wrapped in bandage. The nurse smiled, nodded and gave me a first treatment, then assigned me the green colour code, which means "state of severe sufferance" but no danger of complications. So I sat in the waiting room, resigned to wait, surrounded by people who could have staid at home (not a surprise, is it?). I remember a man, a typical Italian lefty (I mean no offence): more scrawny than slim, pale, a masculine beard as in use during the 70s on a not masculine at all face. He was holding his right index finger up, wrapped in a dressing, staring straight in front of himself with a stoic look. Probably he had pierced his finger with a staple in the office. What people is able to do to avoid working!
After a Bangladeshi man with an aching belly (who was charged for the service since he didn't need to use the A&E) was my turn. The doctor checked my wound, asked how had happened, made a bit of conversation about my job to relax me, then he got needle and thread and started to stitch my arm up. Eight stitches in all, but it took a long time. Why? Because as soon as he started to suture me, he picked a mobile phone up to call another department and started an argument about someone who wanted to take one of his nurses away. Soon the argument heated up, with shouts and angry words, and often the doctor stopped stitching me. Any time he stopped, I painfully remember, he did it when the needle was inside my flesh, holding together the two sides of the wound. I have to say, at this point, that since childhood I suffer of a slight phobia of any type of needles. To remember the needle piercing my flesh gives me more distress than remembering the chainsaw plunging on my arm.
Anyway, slowly slowly my arm was whole again. A little bit too tight, as I would have found out the very next day, when the skin broke apart close to the stitches giving me a multiple scar broader than it should be. To be honest, my wound needed one stitch more, but apparently the doctor didn't wish to open a new thread just for one stitch and waste the rest: to skimp is a virtue, so he decided to leave my wound "just a little bit open". Doesn't matter, it healed.
The all process had been quite painful, particularly because any time the doctor started shouting he couldn't avoid to move the needle, which was well plunged in my arm. At the end of it I dared to ask to him: "Why did I feel more pain while you were stitching me than when I cut myself with the chainsaw?" Missing the irony in my words the doctor answered pure and sure: "Because the chainsaw is sharper that the needle!" Yes, sure. Mannagghia chi t'e' muerto... Dialectical expression meaning "Damned your dead". Not a really nice expression. Especially towards someone who just finished to treat your wound. But still...
In the following years I cut myself two times more, once in a foot with the chainsaw, and once the tip of a finger with a tool similar to a machete. Both times I just put the flapping piece of flesh back to its original position and fixed it in my own. I didn't wish to waste doctors' time.

Well, this is the story. Nothing really deep or important, if not for what happened something like 15 years later, after I had moved to London and started a relationship with a girl (now an ex) haunted by nightmares. Often she woke up crying in the middle of the night due to the nightmares. I used to hug her in these cases, and she used to stroke my scar. Normally she was just half awake, and as she explained to me, touching my scar was a way to recognize me, to know I was close to her, and so she was able to relax and sleep again. It's when I learned to love the scars, on the flesh and on the soul, marks which make the bearer unique and recognisable.

This is the story of my scar.
Have a good night.

PS If you're thinking that I cut myself too often... Well, gardening can be a dangerous job, you know? And who do nothing doesn't make mistakes. At least I've never cut anyone else. Till now. So, don't irritate me, okay?

The Big Fraud of Gender Theory #2

Personally I find hard to accept that I had so little influence in my son's education...

...but there's more to come and all the threads will be brought together in the end.

Un covo di catanesi

Domenica ora di pranzo. Messaggio su Whatsapp di Fabio. "Etna coffee stasera?" Perche' no? Mmmh... e Sophie? Certo! We are curious to see what the meet up is like. enjoy (sic) your eve .Sophie" Okay, bye bye Sophie. Appuntamento con Fabio all' Arcade Gallery a Victoria Station.
Ooookay...
Are you ok? E recupera lo sgabello. Ah, ecco. Allo sgabello eri interessato.
Li hai pagati tu? No... Me ne sono dimenticato anch'io.

At the telephone

Please, don't say so...

Do you think it's easy for me facing your disdain? It's in you voice, I don't imagine it.

You left long time before me. How long hadn't you given me a kiss since? Hasn't been the day I walk out that we split.

Do you blame me because I wanted to be happy?

I had another solution: I could leave you back, forgetting of your existence and let you make do in your own.

You were dragging me down, damn it! I couldn't carry on in that way.

Of course I think it's been a mistake, I don't need you telling me. But it hasn't been just mine.

No, I don't want to share the fault. I'm saying that it's something that I couldn't and can't fix in my own. There's no way I can repair it if you don't do it with me.

Sure... I see... I imagine how you feel. Think that it's not just you and me. We are not alone to receive damage by the situation.

Please, think about that.

Of course. I'll get in touch.

Take care...

Tu te ne sei andata via molto prima di me.

Mi stavi portando a fondo, dannazione!

Ci sentiamo.

Ciao...

Oscillo sul mio mondo

…Eh Barcollo Barcollo
Ho perso il mio controllo
In equilibrio sul rasoio
Io resisto fino in fondo
Ma Barcollo Barcollo
Oscillo sul mio mondo
Non m’arrendo e non crollo
Resto in sella fino in fondo…

Io pago il prezzo e non c’è resto (no)
Quanto costa un grammo di libertà?
Di prender colpi e difenderci
Siamo i campioni del mondo

From shadows to shades

In attesa.

I turned the light off and murdered the dawn, for I'm more at ease in the dark. In the dark you cannot see my emotions, these dreadful emotions which you seem not capable to bear. You believed me sweet but I turned out to be bitter, a man with no pretensions disclosed demanding: I compel people to feel guilty because they don't give me what I don't ask and drive them to desire giving me all that I don't want from them. A too weak man who ends up always breaking the woman standing aside him if she's not the strongest one.
In the dark the silence breathes softly, and only the silence will answer to your questions, for it's useless keeping to explain to who hasn't understood yet. Preys will open dry wounds on the tender flesh of the soul, in the solitude of a time which has lost all the motivations for keeping to flow. The anchorage is finally broken, letting the Moon to fly away, such a craved escape, and where the Sun is not able to warm up the sounds become feeble and shadows become shades turning in darkness, loosing the body which casts them.
I sit in the dark.
Awaiting.

Silencing the Lambs

A new religion rises in the West. It follows a changeable and multi-colour flag. Its priests are anticlerical, it hates all the deities, it believes blindly in universal and unchangeable principles by itself established. It lectures love, but it spreads hatred. It wants freedom for all men, but wants to achieve it banning individual liberty. It teaches that all men are equal, and it means to make them so removing all the differences in the language, the genders, the races and history.
Its initiates are full of rancour, they will force you to bow down and will disgrace who refuses. They adopted the same shameful behaviours signature of who they profess to fight. They instil the fear of speaking into men, deceive them of the obscenity of freethinking and persuade of the sin of differ. Showing our sentiments will become anathema: only fake love will be allowed, because they are removing the meaning of love from our hearts. They will not let you decide for your actions, they will deprive you of any right to your children.
It's a religion of many faces and even more voices, its unaware followers are a multitude, but it has only one aim, primordial and ravenous, which makes it unstoppable. Its clergy will break your soul. And if they will not succeed in it, they will break your body. For nobody must be allowed to stay out.

God bless all the book fairs!

I'm proud to show you my last purchases.

I'm going to ask to my housemate to move in the cellar. I need his room back to furnish it with my library.

I was drawn by your grace

Down by the river, I was drawn by your grace
Into tempest of oblivion and to the lovers-place
I was stuck in a puddle, full of tears and unwise
Dark doings now I know, that we've paid unlike

Honey I know, hey when we walked arm in arm
I felt like we can throw away the falseness of our past
And I know too it's been the hardest days for you
Let's throw them out the window
That's what those lovers do

Down by the river, I was drawn by your grace
Into tempest of oblivion and to the lovers-place
I was stuck in a puddle, full of tears and unwise
Dark doings now I know, that we've paid unlike

Honey I know, hey when we walked arm in arm
I felt like we can throw away the falseness of our past
And I know too it's been the hardest days for you
Let's throw them out the window
That's what those lovers do

Ooh, down by river
Ooh, down by river
Ooh, down by river
Ooh, down by river

Down by the river, I was drawn by your grace
Into tempest of oblivion and to the lovers-place
I was stuck in a puddle, full of tears and unwise
Dark doings now I know, that we've paid unlike

Honey I know, hey when we walked arm in arm
I felt like we can throw away the falseness of our past
And I know too it''s been the hardest days for you
Let's throw them out the window
That's what those lovers do

Ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh

Patience or comprehension?

Hardly a woman will give comprehension to her own man. You'll get lot of patience from her, this is for sure, but comprehension is such a rare coin which a woman will use to pay you back. A woman will be patient in the wait and hope to change her man, for the better or the worst; but to grant comprehension would imply the acceptance of the partner's nature and needs, the acceptance of the state that is not always the right thing or that is not fair to change him. Even the woman who shows comprehension is often just handing out her patience, since accepting the partner's nature doesn't imply its comprehension, setting up the end of the relationship like setting up a time bomb.

Don't keep calm...

The last words

The last words have been uttered, but I keep to repeat them depriving them of any meaning. The jolly days have by now gone, leaving just the regret of not have used them in a better way. In the tiredness of moments deprived of any interest a suspended time drags itself, a wait unaware of what could come with the morrow. While the flames of desires wither and die out one by one, the spirit demands a rebirth that I still deny to it and the body loses the ability of feeling sensations which are not intertwined with sorrow.

It's time to leave back everything which drags me to the ground, time to let my fantasy soaring in a wild flight, time to taste the life. Ah, how many time have I repeated these words to myself? How many time have I belied them, then plunging again into the sorrow again? Because actually, since the first step, I've entered into that world hidden behind the shuttered mirror: that world I tried to shape and failed to. In this world I'm Bisanzio, suspended between two different worlds and two different eras, incapable to go back and unable to move forward. And this malady of reverie is part of my character, it's the source of my creativity, it's something that hardly I'll give up. Because it's all that I own.

This malady of reverie is all that is really mine, and you must be damned special for me to agree in trading it for your beautiful eyes.

So I'll use my voice...

..., I'll be so fucking rude
Words they always win, but I know I'll lose

I wanna take you somewhere so you know I care
But it's so cold and I don't know where
I brought you daffodils in a pretty string
But they won't flower like they did last spring

And I wanna kiss you, make you feel alright
I'm just so tired to share my nights
I wanna cry and I wanna love
But all my tears have been used up

On another love, another love
All my tears have been used up
On another love, another love
All my tears have been used up
On another love, another love
All my tears have been used up

And if somebody hurts you, I wanna fight
But my hands been broken, one too many times
So I'll use my voice, I'll be so fucking rude
Words they always win, but I know I'll lose

And I'd sing a song, that'd be just ours
But I sang 'em all to another heart
And I wanna cry I wanna learn to love
But all my tears have been used up

On another love, another love
All my tears have been used up
On another love, another love
All my tears have been used up
On another love, another love
All my tears have been used up

I wanna sing a song, that'd be just ours
But I sang 'em all to another heart
And I wanna cry, I wanna fall in love
But all my tears have been used up

On another love, another love
All my tears have been used up
On another love, another love
All my tears have been used up
On another love, another love
All my tears have been used up

Welcome to Hell

There's always something under the skin...

Crawling in my skin
These wounds they will not heal
Fear is how I fall
Confusing what is real

There's something inside me that pulls beneath the surface
Consuming, confusing
This lack of self-control I fear is never ending
Controlling. I can't seem...

[Bridge:]
To find myself again
My walls are closing in
(without a sense of confidence and I'm convinced that there's just too much pressure to take)
I've felt this way before
So insecure

[Chorus]

Discomfort endlessly has pulled itself upon me
Distracting, reacting
Against my will I stand beside my own reflection
It's haunting how I can't seem...

[Bridge]

[Chorus]

[Chorus]

There's something inside me that pulls beneath the surface consuming,
Confusing what is real.
This lack of self-control I fear is never ending controlling,
Confusing what is real.

Paradox

It doesn't matter how much high you climb, towers of steel and glass preclude your sight. You watch a flight of birds, their freedom just a mystified concept of broken trajectories and landings obsequious of  the gravity, which at the end always claims back what it owns. There where at the scream of the flesh should counterpose the silence of the concrete, instead it's the agony of the metal which accompanies with, and the air is saturated of noise that the wind can't take away: the uninterrupted and inhuman scream of this city, which from its entrails rises to you up there on the roofs. Sulphurous smells complete the aggression to your senses. Your mind is dazed from this paradox made of gut-wrenching noise.

Shards of conversation

First flowers in London, a promise which can't be fulfilled.

(change of field)

Sitting outside the coffee-shop in a day of Spring, you look at those flowers while sharing your thoughts with a friend: dreams and desperation, judgement and forgiveness, memory and empty listlessness.

(change of field)

Stop using pop psychology with me, you say. You're trying to crystallize a kaleidoscope. At this point you realize you're talking
alone.

(change of field)

And you don't know why you deny to yourself what you need, and you don't know why you still illude yourself that it can be again. But it's clear that a generous land breeds ungrateful children.

(change of field)

You speak to her, but you don't know who she is, 'cause she is
no-one and you want just your ghosts. While the springy sun is covered of dark clouds brought by a chilly wind, you know you have touched with hand what people run from.

(change of field)

Why do you tell it to me, you ask. If you think to be worthy why do you worry so much about my judgement?

(change of field)

People believe you wear a mask, when instead you stand completely naked in front of them. That's my flesh, you see? You can wound it, you can make it bleeding. It's the pain that you are not able to inflict to me

(change of field)

Sitting in front of each other inside the coffee-shop, the first girl says: I think he really doesn't care. I tried to hurt him, the second girl says. But he doesn't care at all. I smile. You fear my judgement, I say with a glance at the third girl, her eyes still wide open with offence. I don't care what you think, what you say or what you do. Because anything of all this could change not even one jot in my life.

Perche' lo vieni a dire a me, chiedi.

Sorrido.

Too stubborn and too proud to admit it, women are once again prisoners of themselves. Caught in a freedom that they don't know how to use but that think must be use whatever the cost. And they use that freedom against the men, the world and against themselves, refusing to surrender in love in a totally manly attitude, letting the years to flow in a delay for something to come that even them don't know what it could be.

Little faggots' sadistic games

Checking the word(s) research used to get to my blog, I found, some time ago, a couple of weird ones. Translated in English they are: "little boy tied and gagged" and "tails of little sadistic faggots". It's of yesterday the discovery of a new entry which, something suggests me, is from the same person: "little faggots' sadistic games". If you look on Google for this entry (in Italian), my blog will appear as second result if you use Google.com and third if you use Google.it.
First, I would like to say thanks to this anonymous reader for his assiduity in visiting my blog. Clearly he finds that what I write is interesting, and this is for me source of great satisfaction. Far be it from me to criticize my anonymous reader's tastes about readings and sexual fantasies. Every man knows, even if few dare to utter it, that when the necessity claims and the need drives to wank off in front of a PC screen, not always images or videos of naked and moaning beautiful sluts are enough. Fantasy plays, actually, and some she-readers could be surprised at this point, a main and fundamental role in a man to reach full satisfaction. And even if there are so many other key phrases to find my blog, like "Raving Metropolis" and its Italian equivalent "Metropoli Farneticante", I'm not displeased whatever is the way my anonymous reader gets to the blog. What really matters is that he finds full satisfaction.
Have a good reading from your beloved
